Ingredients:

 

1 k9 Fish (Seer, Thalapath, Mullat and Kumbalawa)

04 Red Onions (Chopped)

04 Green Chillies (Chopped)

1 tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste

1 inch piece Rampe and Curry Leaves

2 slices Aromatic Ginger

1 tsp Dill Seeds

o3 Cardamoms

o3 Cloves

2 inch piece Cinnamon

2 tbs Chilly Powder

2 1/2 tbs CUl’l‘Y Powder

1 tsb Saffron

Pepper Powder Thick Coconut Milk

Oil for tempering Salt and Lime juice to taste

1 tsp 1 Cup

Method:

Cut fish into pieces and wash well. Heat ol in a pan, add ginger garlic, onions, and all other condiments, fry until golden brown. Add fish and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add one cup of water and allow fish to cook for 10 minutes.
