Chicken Curry


< Preparation time : 10 minutes Cooking time : 20 minutes Serves; 4 Description: A rich and spicy chicken carry, combining a range-or aromatic spices. Quick, easy to prepare dish that rs full of flavour.


Chicken        500g

Coconut oil  1 teaspoon

Onion, sliced          1

Garlic, chopped      2 cloves

Ginger, chopped  1 teaspoon

Green chili            1

Pandan leaf          1

Curry leaves sprig 1

Cardamoms  6

Cloves         4

Chili powder      4 teaspoons

Tomato, chopped 1

Water     2 cups

Chicken Curry Mix 1 packet

Salt to Taste


1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, onion, green chili, pandan leaves, cloves, cardamom, curry leaves and sauté till fragrant.

2. Add chicken, sauté for 1 minute and add Chicken Curry Mix, chili powder, salt and tomato. Mix well to
coat the chicken.

3. Add water and cook well. Reduce the flame, cook tilt chicken is done and the gravy gets desired consistency. Close the lid for few minutes and serve hot.
